You no longer have access to the address of licence 8317-0860-52
The verification code is sent to the address listed in the public record of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. If that address no longer exists or is no longer yours, we cannot send the code there.
A person on our team then verifies that you represent the company, then gives you the profile. Tell us your name, your role in the company and an address where we can reply to you.

What we handle
- A question about the site or the subscription.
- Reporting a review or a reply, or disputing a moderation decision: give the licence number, the review concerned and the rule in question (see the review policy).
- An error in the data or in a score (see the “Sources and licences” page).
- A request about your personal information: access, correction, withdrawal of consent, destruction of the account (see the privacy policy). We reply to your account’s address within 30 days.
- A question from a company about its profile.

Never send a password. Do not attach an invoice or personal document until we ask you to.
