Reviews from real customers, with rules
Every review shows its trust level (verified job, proof provided, account). The company has 48 hours to reply, then the review and the reply are published together. Writing is free, reading is included in the subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Where does the score out of 100 come from?
It comes from the public registers: the Régie du bâtiment licence, the licence bond, the annual fees paid and the company’s years in business. We recalculate it every day.
Does the score say whether the work is done well?
No. The score measures administrative soundness, never the quality of the work. For that, read the reviews from real customers: they are a separate measure, never mixed with the score.
Why do you charge to read reviews?
Every review goes through the site’s rules, the company is notified and has 48 hours to reply; when it replies, a person on our team reads the exchange before it is published. That takes time. Seeing the number of reviews and the average is free; reading the texts takes a subscription. Writing a review stays free.
Can a company have a review removed?
Not because it dislikes it. A review is removed only if it breaks the rules: insults, personal contact details, off-topic, or “never a customer” without proof. A convincing reply does not remove a review: both are published together.
Is Le Bon Pro linked to the RBQ or the Registraire?
No, it is an independent site. We use public data from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and the Registraire des entreprises, always with the source shown.
My company isn’t in the list. What can I do?
Without an active Régie du bâtiment licence, a company does not appear: the licence is our starting point. If yours is active and you can’t find it, write to us.
